Former England captain Graham Gooch believes England's return to India remains in serious doubt.

Ross Smith, an Australian cricket statistician, has done a lot of research on this subject. As per his figures, Australia's Shane Warne has been hit for maximum sixes -- 170, followed by Muttiah Muralitharan (158). Harbhajan Singh (111), Anil Kumble (109) and Daniel Vettori (102) are the other bowlers to concede 100 sixes off their bowling.

Mohali has emerged as a front-runner to host one of the two cricket Tests instead of Ahmedabad as top BCCI and England and Wales Cricket Board officials were engaged in discussions to take a final decision on England's return to play the series.

Bangladesh's Abdur Razzak has been suspended from bowling in international cricket, pending fresh assessment of his action by the International Cricket Council. Razzak was reported for suspected illegal action, exceeding the 15-degree permitted under ICC regulations, by on-field umpires Daryl Harper and Asoka de Silva after the second Test between Bangladesh and New Zealand in Dhaka on October 29.

After Steve Harmison and Andrew Flintoff, England spinner Graeme Swann too has developed cold feet and is reluctant to tour India following the terror strikes in Mumbai. Swann said though he has full faith on security adviser Reg Dickason, who is yet to give a go-ahead to the tour, he is not particularly keen on returning to India for the two-match Test series.
