Paoli Hospital's maternity unit is undergoing an $11 million expansion that will add 14 private patient rooms, bringing the total to 40, all private, the hospital said. The construction project also involves 12 labor, delivery, and recovery suites, four triage rooms, plus a larger nursery and a neonatal intensive care unit that handles more critical problems with newborns. (Reuters) - Chesapeake Energy Corp reduced the compensation for its outside directors by 20 percent and eliminated their use of its aircraft for personal travel, the company said on Friday.
