Grossmont and Cuyamaca college students can expect to see fewer classes on their fall schedules this year due to a lack of state funding. The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District plans to offer 300 fewer classes in 2009-10 because it expects to lose as much as $10 million in state funding. The East County district, where fall registration begins July 13, has cut about $4 million from the budget so far.
