It?s the sad first anniversary of Zuccotti Park. Sad for two reasons: Occupy's unfulfilled promise and the actual political harm they are causing. What could have become a progressive voice to balance the excesses of right wing greed has instead become an unwitting tool for voter suppression. And while the Koch Brothers did not fund the Occupy movement?at least not that anyone knows?perhaps they should have because of the way Occupy is suppressing progressive participation in the election.
