Later this month, part 1 of the new animated Batman movie The Dark Knight Returns will be released on DVD and Blu-ray. Part 2 of the film will come out in spring of 2013. The film is an adaptation of the famous Frank Miller graphic novel in which an elderly retired Bruce Wayne comes out of retirement when the world seems on the brink of collapse at the hands of criminals and international warfare.
