As a long-time debt collector, John Leck Jr.'s job was to collect what others owed, but there are some types of debt that can never be repaid.Leck, a man with no known prior criminal history, allegedly got himself in to just such a debt early Sunday. He's accused of driving drunk the wrong way on I-95 near the Cottman Avenue exit around 3:15 a.m. and killing veteran Highway Patrol Ofc. Brian Lorenzo in a head-on collision.
