Authorities in Montgomery County issued a warrant today for the arrest of a purported Bloods gang member wanted in the June 17 killings of a Norristown couple. Luckenson Desrivieres, 24, lived in a house on the 1200 block of Arch Street where Marc Winchell Estiverne, 23, also rented a room. On June 14, one of the owners of the house heard a struggle late in the evening.
