Chatham County Superior Court Judge Penny Haas Freesemann threw out murder and molestation charges against Bobby Buckner, saying his Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial had been violated. Buckner was accused of molesting and murdering 12-year-old Ashleigh Moore in 2007.
