JPMorgan Chase finally settled with disgruntled customers who took it to court for wrongly charging them excessive overdraft fees, making it the second major U.S. bank after Bank of America to do so. The $110 million settlement for JPMorgan, however, comes much cheaper it did for Bank of America which last year ended up settling for $410 million (see Bank of America Settles Debit-Card Overdraft Lawsuit).
