ACCORDING to a TMZ.com mole in the L.A. County Coroner's Office, Corey Haim had heart trouble. It may not have caused his death, but the coroner found pulmonary congestion, an enlarged heart and water in the lungs of the 38-year-old actor, who died Wednesday.
